Isabelle Ibibo, Aftercare Director

Hello! My name is Isabelle Ibibo. I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI (Go Pack Go!) I graduated from Carleton College with a bachelor's in Spanish, my senior thesis was on the zombie myth in Latin American media and I am always happy to talk about horror films.

Though I do not have an academic background in education I have had lots of hands-on experience working with and instructing youth. After graduation, I completed a service year in Pittsburgh. I was connected with a non-profit called the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse. I spent three years there as the Creative Education Associate, creating environmentally-friendly art with a diverse group of individuals throughout Pittsburgh. I simultaneously worked at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh as a Teen Library Assistant. I recently returned to Wisconsin to pursue my Master's in Library and Information Science at UW-Madison which is how I found St. James.

I am an avid traveler and have so far made it to four of the seven continents. I love sewing and crafting as well as devouring all the books, movies, and tv shows I can get my hands on.

I am really looking forward to becoming a part of the St. James community!
